Our personalized accompaniment and travel support service is designed to provide support to people with mobility difficulties, both at home and away. Its main objective is to accompany and facilitate mobility and access to services, resources and activities, through quality, comfortable and safe care.
It is known that the care of a qualified professional makes a positive difference in the lives of those facing dependency, enriching their quality of life and providing support to their loved ones. By offering older people, or people with mobility problems, the possibility of participating in social activities with the security of having a companion, we promote their well-being, strengthen the feeling of security and encourage autonomy. They will not have to be forced to “bother” a loved one or, in the worst case scenario, abandon the activity to confine themselves at home. We use the expression “bother” because we know that many older people feel that they are a burden on their family members, and it is important to try to eradicate that belief that not only leaves them in an undervalued place but also makes invisible the crucial role that they themselves played as caregivers throughout their lives and the fundamental role they have in the family and society.
Our mission is precisely to maintain or improve the quality of life of elderly people in situations of dependency, their caregivers and family members, through a personalized support service, both at home and outside of it.

Telephone, instant messaging or email service hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Sundays and holidays we are only available to attend to emergencies related to home services, previously coordinated and scheduled.
Yes, prices include VAT (10%).

The service operates from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for both one-off accompaniment and for clients with active vouchers.
On weekends and holidays, a supplement of €10 per hour plus VAT (10%) applies and is subject to company availability.
On December 24, 25, 26 and 31, January 1 and 6 and May 1, the company does not provide this service.

To ensure that we can meet your preferred dates and times, we recommend that you request the service at least 48 hours in advance. However, it is important that you keep in mind that the more time we have, the better we can adapt to your needs.
Payment for specific services and bonuses is in advance or with the first service. You can make payment in cash, by bank transfer, bizum or from the online store with a credit or debit card.

Yes, the service also includes accompaniment and support when traveling outside the home, such as attending medical appointments, social activities, errands, shopping, among others.

Yes, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your specific needs, whether in terms of hours or length of service. Contact us, explain the situation, and we will find the solution that best suits your needs.
The accompaniment and support service when traveling is carried out within the Barcelona region. Outside the region it is subject to availability of the professionals.
It is important that you know that, if confirmed, the service outside the Barcelona region has a surcharge associated with the trip of €0.30/km. Furthermore, if there are tolls, the costs will be borne by the requesting customer.
The service is calculated by hours of accompaniment. You can customize your request according to your needs, establishing the number of daily, weekly or monthly hours, as well as the preferred days and hours. For greater convenience, we recommend considering the option of purchasing a bonus, either the standard 10-hour bonus or requesting a personalized one. Vouchers have no expiration date and offer a cheaper option compared to the hourly rate.
