1. 1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the possibility to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the items or from the signing of the contract in the case of service contracts, without the need for any justification, unless some of the exceptions detailed below.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the order and proceed with the return of the item by following the instructions and using the form provided at the end of this document. We will refund you the price of the item and the standard shipping charges for the cheapest available option within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method that you used in the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree to another means. We reserve the right to withhold your refund until we receive the returned items or until you provide us with proof of your return, whichever comes first.

The direct costs of returning the items will be borne by you, and you will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the returned goods due to manipulations that are not necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and operation.

NOTICE: EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the return of the following items, among others:

• Items that cannot be returned for hygienic or public health reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (eg cosmetic products).
• Items that are perishable or likely to expire quickly (for example, food or products with an expiration date).
• Sealed sound or video recordings, or sealed software, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
• Custom items.
• Services already provided in full, if you have accepted the start of the provision of the service and the waiver of the right to withdraw once this provision has begun.
• Digital content (such as applications, software, e-books, MP3 files, etc.) not supplied on a tangible material medium (eg CD or DVD), if you have consented to its immediate performance and waived the right to withdraw from that moment.
• Urgent repair or maintenance visits.

2. VOLUNTARY RETURN GUARANTEE

In addition to legal rights, we offer a voluntary return guarantee. You can return the products purchased in this online store within 20 calendar days of receipt, as long as they are in the same condition in which they were received, unless any of the exceptions mentioned apply.

If you return products under this Voluntary Return Guarantee, we will refund the purchase price of the product, but not the original shipping charges. You will have to bear the risk and shipping costs of the return. This return guarantee does not affect your legal rights or the right of withdrawal previously described, or any post-sale guarantee that may apply to the product.
