The service is available every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays (subject to availability), from 08:00 to 20:00. 

Services requested from 20:00 to 00:00 incur a surcharge of €15 + VAT (10%) per hour and are subject to availability. For example, a service requested between 20:00 and 21:00 will have a surcharge of €15 + VAT (10%), while a service requested between 21:00 and 22:00 will incur a surcharge of €30 + VAT (10%).

It is important that you know that between 00:00 and 08:00 the company does not offer services.

Telephone, instant messaging or email service hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Sundays and holidays we are only available to attend to emergencies related to home services, previously coordinated and scheduled.

With the online self-booking system you can reserve services up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to reserve a service with less than this time, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. To reserve services less than 4 hours in advance, see the following question.

Yes, you can do it. You must contact us directly via our phone number or WhatsApp. Emergency services are those requested less than 4 hours in advance and incur a surcharge of €15 + VAT (10%). The cost of an emergency service requested with less than two hours' notice carries a surcharge of €30 + VAT (10%) and is subject to availability.

In the event that you need to cancel previously requested services, you may do so free of charge as long as you notify us at least two hours in advance. Cancellations made less than two hours in advance will incur an additional charge of €20 + VAT (10%) to access the service.

Changing schedules is also possible but will be subject to company availability.

Yes, we also provide services on weekends and public holidays, although public holidays are subject to availability. In both cases, a supplement of 15€ + VAT (10%) must be paid for each full service or requested section. On December 25th and 26th, January 1st and 6th, and May 1st, the supplement to be paid is 30€ + VAT (10%).

We offer the accessibility service within the Barcelona region. Services outside the Barcelona area cannot be scheduled in the self-booking calendar and must be arranged via WhatsApp or by phone. They carry a travel cost of 0.30€/km + VAT (21%). It is important to note that all travel associated with the service should be considered when calculating this surcharge. In case of toll costs, they will be covered by the requesting client.

No, the vouchers do not have an expiration date, you can use them however you prefer. 

In case of delays by clients, Fins Ara offers 30 minutes of courtesy. After 30 minutes, a fee of 0.30€ + VAT (10%) per minute of delay will be charged. In case of delays exceeding 30 minutes by the company, the client will receive a 50% discount on the total service cost.

Yes, demonstrations within the Barcelona area have a cost of 25€ plus VAT (10%). It is important to keep in mind that outside the area, the travel supplement (0.30€/km + VAT) should be considered. In case of tolls, they will be covered by the requesting client.

You can make payment in cash, by bank transfer, bizum or from the online store with a credit or debit card. You must pay the full cost of the services before the first service is performed or at the beginning of the first service you have contracted.

The amount of specific services will not be refunded in case of withdrawal or death. In the case of contracts and vouchers, the amount paid will not be refunded except in the event of the death of the end user, in which case 80%, before VAT, of the equivalent of the unconsumed services will be returned.
