Psychologist specialized in psychotherapy, researcher in social sciences and since the beginning of Fins Ara, entrepreneur.
He has worked in the educational and social field as a teacher, project coordinator and psychotherapist with groups of people with disabilities, children, adolescents, adults and older people.
Their motivations are: to improve the health and quality of life of people, their emotional and physical well-being, and to contribute to the development of a more equitable and fair society.
br>In the company he performs management tasks, is co-coordinator of the social action area, responsible for the design, execution and evaluation of projects, a technician specialized in the management of stairlifts and a psychologist.
Mathias Freitas Puppo
(Co-fundador)
Psychologist with specialization in psychosocial research and intervention. He has a career of more than 10 years working with people, mainly through psychosocial intervention and in formal and non-formal education.
He has worked with early childhood, adolescents and young people, migrants and refugees, people with functional diversity and older people.
You are motivated by entrepreneurship and management of social projects, the generation of quality knowledge and have a strong conviction about the importance of education as a tool for social change.
The Citizen participation and the fight against inequalities are his main concern.

Agustín Antelo Vonrotz
Graduate in Physiotherapy, with more than 7 years of experience. He specializes in therapies with older people.
He has worked in residential centers with both patients with physical and neurological disabilities, applying general physiotherapy techniques and hydrotherapy.
He is motivated to improve quality of life and enhance the autonomy of his patients.
Within the company Agustín is in charge of performing physical therapy at home, as well as advising family members on the necessary care, depending on the case.
