Relieve pain and improve your quality of life
Transform your life with osteopathy!
Osteopathy is a manual therapy that treats the body as a whole. Our osteopaths assess how your joints, muscles and tissues work together to find the source of your discomfort, not just the place where it hurts.
Using gentle manual techniques adapted to each person, osteopathy can help you relieve pain, regain mobility, release tension and feel more relaxed. It is especially helpful for back and neck pain, muscle tightness, joint discomfort and tension related to stress or posture.
Every treatment is personalised: we listen to you, assess your case and propose a clear plan with realistic goals.
Take the first step towards your wellbeing. Your first session costs just €45 and includes a full assessment and a personalised treatment plan, so you can experience the benefits of osteopathy for yourself.

Physiotherapy and osteopathy are therapeutic disciplines that share the goal of relieving pain, promoting mobility and improving quality of life, but they differ in their approaches and techniques.
Physiotherapy focuses on the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and disorders through therapeutic exercises, massages, soft tissue manipulation, and physical modalities. Its approach is based on rehabilitation, strengthening, and functional recovery. On the other hand, osteopathy adopts a holistic approach, considering the body as an integrated system. Osteopaths use manual techniques to assess and treat musculoskeletal dysfunctions but also focus on the relationship between the body's structures, the nervous system, and circulation. Their goal is to restore balance and promote the self-regulation of the body.
While physiotherapy is more specific and focused on treating injuries and dysfunctions, osteopathy seeks to address the underlying cause of the problem, treating the body as a whole.
In short, physical therapy focuses on rehabilitation and strengthening, while osteopathy seeks to balance and promote self-regulation of the body. Both disciplines are complementary and can offer significant benefits in recovery and increased feelings of well-being.
Osteopathy can help you relieve pain, improve mobility, reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation. It often works well for back and neck pain, muscle tightness, joint discomfort and tension related to stress or posture. In your first session we will assess your case and explain what you can expect from treatment.
The main focus of osteopathy is based on treating the body as an integrated system, where structures and functions are interconnected. During sessions, osteopaths use gentle manual techniques, such as joint manipulations, muscle stretches, myofascial release, and mobilization techniques, to identify and correct dysfunctions that may be causing symptoms.
The number of sessions recommended varies depending on the condition and individual needs. In general, 3 to 6 sessions may be required for optimal results. However, this can be adjusted depending on the patient's response to treatment and the complexity of the case.
Each session lasts 50 to 60 minutes. Regarding the frequency of appointments, it is generally recommended to space them one to two weeks apart to allow the body to respond and adapt to the treatment. The osteopath will evaluate your progress and determine the most appropriate frequency for you, adjusting as necessary during the treatment process.
Our osteopaths hold university degrees in physiotherapy and specialised training in osteopathy, together with extensive clinical experience. This dual training allows us to offer you complete, safe treatment tailored to your needs.
Osteopathy is generally a safe treatment. After a session you may notice some tenderness in the treated area, tiredness or changes in your sleep, which usually disappear within a day or two. Before starting, the osteopath will review your medical history and explain any precautions you should take.
During the sessions, various manual techniques are used adapted to the specific needs of each patient. These may include joint manipulations, gentle mobilizations, myofascial release, and therapeutic stretches. It is essential to highlight that the perception of pain is subjective and varies from person to person. Although some techniques may cause a sensation of pressure or mild discomfort, they should rarely be painful. Open communication with your osteopath is essential to adapt the techniques according to your comfort and tolerance. The priority is to guarantee effective and comfortable treatment for each patient.
Not, before an osteopathy session, no special preparation is necessary. However, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing that allows the osteopath to evaluate and treat the relevant areas with ease. It would be beneficial to inform the osteopath of any previous medical conditions, recent surgeries, or medications you are taking. This information facilitates a more complete and personalized evaluation. Additionally, it is important to communicate any significant changes in health since the last session. Transparency and open communication contribute to more effective and safer treatment.
Yes, in most cases, osteopathy can be safely combined with other medical treatments. It is crucial to inform both your osteopath and other healthcare professionals about the treatments you are undergoing to ensure proper coordination. Collaboration between different medical disciplines can be beneficial for a holistic approach to your health. However, it is always recommended to consult with your primary doctor before starting any new form of treatment, including osteopathy, to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your specific medical situation.
