The service is available every day of the week, including weekends and holidays, from 08:00 to 20:00.
Services requested from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. carry a supplement of €15 per hour and are subject to availability. For example, a service requested between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €15, while a service requested between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. will incur a supplement of €30.
It is important that you know that between 00:00 and 08:00 the company does not offer services.
Telephone, instant messaging or email service hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Sundays and holidays we are only available to attend to emergencies related to home services, previously coordinated and scheduled.

If it is your first time booking, we will contact you to schedule an evaluation of the staircase and ensure that everything is in optimal safety conditions.

With the online self-booking system you can reserve services up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to reserve a service with less than this time, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. To reserve services less than 4 hours in advance, see the following question.
You can do it. You must contact us directly through our phone number or via Whatsapp. Emergency services are considered those that are requested less than 4 hours in advance and carry a surcharge of €15. The cost of an emergency service requested in less than two hours carries a surcharge of €30 and is subject to availability.
If you need to cancel previously requested services, it can be done free of charge as long as you notify at least two hours in advance. Cancellations made less than two hours in advance will incur an additional charge of €20 to access the service.
Changing schedules is also possible but will be subject to company availability.
Yes, we also offer services on weekends and holidays. In both cases, a supplement of €15 must be paid per complete service or section requested. On December 24, 25, 26 and 31, January 1 and 6 and May 1, the supplement to pay is €30.

Services outside the Barcelona region cannot be scheduled in the self-booking calendar, they must be done through WhatsApp or by telephone. They have a cost associated with travel of €0.30/km. It is important to keep in mind that to calculate this surcharge, all trips associated with the service must be considered. If there are toll costs, they will be borne by the requesting customer.

No, the vouchers do not have an expiration date, you can use them however you prefer.
In case of delays by clients, Fins Ara offers 30 minutes of courtesy. After 30 minutes, €0.30 per minute of delay will be charged. In case of delays of more than 30 minutes by the company, the client will have a 50% bonus on the total cost of the service.
Yes, demonstrations within the Barcelona region cost €20 plus VAT (10%). It is important that you keep in mind that, outside the region, you must consider the travel supplement (€0.30/km). If there are tolls, they will be borne by the requesting customer.
You can make payment in cash, by bank transfer, bizum or from the online store with a credit or debit card. You must pay the full cost of the services before the first service is performed or at the beginning of the first service you have contracted.
The amount of specific services will not be refunded in case of withdrawal or death. In the case of contracts and vouchers, the amount paid will not be refunded except in the event of the death of the end user, in which case 80%, before VAT, of the equivalent of the unconsumed services will be returned.
